The staff training course will also include special trainingin the development and application of the M&E system. With the help of an educated, cohesive and motivated team of employees and volunteers, we plan to develop and implement abusiness development plan that will increase the share of non-project revenue, thus ensuring the stability and sustainability ofthe association, using quality management principles in daily work. |
