EVERYONE IS IMPORTANT
FOR DEMOCRACY
INTERACTIVE-DISCUSSION GAME FOR SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
On March 9, an interactive discussion-game “Everyone is important for democracy!” took place in the cozy premises of the creative center “Alternative Reality”. Pupils of 9th-12th grades of Riga schools and university students took part in the game.
In this game, pupils and students got acquainted with the basic principles of democracy, understood the important role of each participant’s personal participation in public processes and elections, learned to work in teams, present and aggravate their views, defend their group’s interests in a democratic way.
After the game, participants and organizers shared their thoughts, ideas, impressions and knowledge gained.
