As every year, for the 16th time in a row, the bright multicultural festival COUNT OF MAY 2026<\/strong> will take place in Riga! \ud83c\udf89 This vibrant event brings together creativity, cultures, and historical traditions, uniting people from diverse backgrounds in an international celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udccc Project Aim:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Together with local volunteers, you will help organize and lead activities<\/strong> as part of the XVI International Multicultural Festival “Count of May 2026”<\/strong> in Riga. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in event management, cultural exchange, and community engagement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd39 Organize large-scale public social events<\/strong>,
\ud83d\udd39 Engage with people from different cultures<\/strong>,
\ud83d\udd39 Contribute to the local community<\/strong>,

\u2705 FOR WHOM:<\/strong> Young people 18-30 y.o.<\/strong> from Latvia, EU, or EU partner countries<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc65 Who can participate?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A team of 23 volunteers<\/strong>, including young people with fewer opportunities<\/strong> (economic, social, geographical obstacles, health conditions, educational difficulties).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
