Who we are
Pulse of Life 2025 continues our successful 2024 initiative – the Erasmus+ training course for youth workers Present Pulse – bringing together 8 partner organisations from across Europe. The goal is not only to develop the competences of youth workers but also to support their mental health through creative and nature-based methods. With fresh energy and new knowledge, you will be able to provide young people with effective and high-quality support, fostering their well-being and growth!
What you will learn and experience
- Land-art and eco-art creative methods
- Mindful “sit-spot” walks
- Climate-anxiety circles – support groups where you can safely express your feelings and reflections about climate and the future
- Community-based healing: collective care in youth organisations and local communities
- Workshops and training on sustainability, democracy, youth participation, and well-being practices
What you will gain
- Practical methods to reduce burnout and restore energy
- Tools for emotional resilience and mental health support
- A network of other youth workers from all over Europe, with opportunities to learn from experience
- Inspiration, ideas, and support to make your daily work with young people healthier and more sustainable
Who can participate
- Youth workers with at least intermediate English language skills
- People who work with young people or plan to develop such activities
- Interest in mental health, nature-based practices, sustainability, and community participation
- Participants aged 18+
- Residents or citizens of: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Norway, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Cyprus
