WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
- Young people aged 13–20 from Latvia, Estonia, Cyprus, Finland, or Lithuania
- No prior experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to show up
- 30 young participants + 5 group leaders per part

Erasmus+ covers everything: travel, accommodation, food, and all activities. Your only job is to come ready.

The Phoenix didn’t just rise once. It keeps rising — and this time, it needs you.
In 2025, something happened in the forests of Latvia and on the sun-baked hills of Cyprus. A group of young people from five countries came together as strangers and left as something else entirely — as knights of the Order of the White Phoenix. They didn’t just go on a trip. They went through something. They built trust in the dark, made decisions under pressure, found their voice in a language that wasn’t their own, and wrote a story that belongs to all of them.
Now that story continues. And there’s a place in it for you.
Reborn of Phoenix 2026 is the third chapter of the Phoenix universe — a two-part journey taking you first to the lakeside forests of Latgale in Latvia, then to the ancient villages of the Paphos hills in Cyprus. Two countries. Two phases. One mission that grows.
You’re arriving as a new recruit. That’s not a problem — that’s the point. The knights from 2025 are returning, not as participants, but as mentors. They’ve been where you’re about to go, and they’re coming back to walk that path with you. Because that’s what the Phoenix does: it doesn’t just save itself. It lights the way for the next ones.
WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?
This isn’t a sightseeing trip. This is a real project with a real purpose — and you’re not a visitor, you’re a co-author.
In Latvia, you build the foundation. You and your fellow recruits from five countries learn to trust each other, communicate across difference, lead without a title, and understand what it actually means to be an active citizen — not in theory, but through experience, challenge, and honest conversation around a fire at night.
In Cyprus, you apply everything. Your group joins the finishing of the Phoenix Manifesto 2026 — a document written entirely by young people about what active citizenship, inclusion, and shared responsibility look like from where they stand. And for the first time in the Phoenix cycle, each national team takes on a new challenge: designing their own project idea to bring back home. A real Erasmus+ project concept. For young people in your country. Created by you.
Both parts together are about one thing: proving that you — at 15, 16, or 17 — already have what it takes to change something real.

THE PHOENIX LEGACY — PROOF THIS IS REAL
You might be wondering: does any of this actually lead anywhere?
Ask the alumni from 2025. Two of them went home and didn’t just remember the experience — they built something from it. “Narnia: Voices of Freedom” and “Visual Voices of Volunteers” are two European Solidarity Corps projects now running in real life, designed by young people who were 16 and 17 when they first stepped into the Phoenix universe.
They’re not exceptions. They’re the template.
The Phoenix cycle was built on the belief that young people don’t need to be finished to start something. They need a place to begin. Reborn of Phoenix 2026 is that place — for you.
